Welcome to your new WOW dress. The floor length dress has been compiled using Lenzing™, giving it fluidity and a flowly lightweight feel. The halterneck ties with a ribbon showing off the shoulders before dropping with volume and drama. The blue base features a gradiant design of colour that finishes with a purple hem.
